Benefits of choosing Regency Factors are:

  • You Select Which Customers to Factor - Subject to achieving an agreed amount of turnover through your facility, you may select which customers you factor. Our only proviso is that once a customer has been selected, all their invoices must be factored.
  • Friendly But Effective Credit Control - The customers most appropriate for these service are those that need some human contact and gentle prompting to coax them to pay as close to your terms as reasonably possible. Their credit control service is 90% human / 10% computer, very telephone based and extremely effective. That is why they have structured their facility so that all of their charges are incorporated within a flat service charge. Because they charge no interest on their 75% advances they do not benefit from collecting in debtors slowly. For substantial end customers, they tailor their service appropriately.

Your customers will receive:

  1. monthly statements.
  2. an accompanying letter, where items on the statement are overdue.
  3. on day 30, a telephone call requesting expected date of payment.
  4. telephone reminders every 3 or 4 days after that expected date.
  5. for obstinate debtors they can issue litigation by County Court summons, statutory demands and winding up petitions.

You will receive:

  1. An initial advance of 75% against existing approved sales invoices.
  2. advances against succeeding sales invoices.
  3. weekly reports on aged debtors and cash received.
  4. on-line Equifax monitoring of all of your customers.

They do not:

  1. Set credit limits on your customers or cap advances against them.
  2. insist that you put all your customers through your facility, whether you want to or not, and whether they are suitable or not.
  3. make surprise 'claw-backs' on day 90. They only claw back when the debt is actually bad, that is an irresolvable dispute or when legal proceedings are issued.

They gear their facility to the needs of the client supplying the small independent end customer. They often need gentle prodding to keep their payment performance as close to your terms as is reasonably possible. This is typified in the fundamental principle behind Regency Factors which is that their advances are made interest free. That means they do not profit in collecting your debts slowly. They are convinced that thier effective credit control system reduces bad debts bad debts to a minimum, even eliminating them, so making huge potential savings that you will never know about!
